Medcom Solutions has adopted the following policies to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus:

1. Our office is closed to the public.

2. All parcels are placed for pickup or delivery in a designated exterior location.

If you must drop off billing, we ask that you call from your vehicle after you set down your package outside the front door so we can retrieve the package. This minimizes exposure and ensures your billing is secure.

3. As per usual, all support for our clients will be via phone or email.

4. Onsite support requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Medcom Solutions personnel will take all necessary precautions as per Federal and Provincial guidelines.

As conditions change, Medcom Solutions will provide additional details on our website, by email blast, or on our answering machine.

In the past, we have provided mailed newsletters with updates. This is no longer possible as updaqtes are coming from the Minsitry almost daily. If we do not already have your email address we cannot notify you when the Ministry sends out notifications. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO NANCY SO SHE CAN KEEP YOU INFORMED IN A TIMELY FASHION.
