39 years ago, Jeannette Eberhard started Medcom Solutions and Karin Symonds joined her in this new endeavour. Karin provided training and support for our clients from 1987 to early 2018. Besides her administrative duties, Karin has rewritten the college text book called “Easy Steps to Efficient Medical Billing” sold throughout Ontario.
In 2018, Nancy Coulter joined Medcom to carry on with what Karin had accomplished.
