For those unable to attend, Medcom formally introduces Nancy Coulter as the main client contact. Nancy's extensive experience in administration, client relations, and medical transcription will benefit Medcom clients as she assumes Karin's administrative role.
Also at this time, Medcom is pleased to announce Amber Frisa's expanded support role for Medcom's billing clients. Amber first joined Medcom in 2003 and has spent countless hours under Karin's mentorship doing billing for our clients.
These changes will provide a smooth transition as we wish the best for Karin in her retirement.
